This course is open to all pregnant women wishing to approach pregnancy in another way. We will learn to understand where the physical and emotional tensions can come from and how to make them disappear thanks to the micro movements. We will learn to use the breath as tool tools, using "Rebozo" to relax the weight of the stomach or tensions in the back, to use the voice and sound to bring relaxation in the pelvis and yet many other method that you use the all pregnancy during and labor during.
