Who is Gwyn?

Gwyn Williams  is a movement based therapist that created Zenthai shiatsu school over 20 years ago.

On the surface, Zenthai is a fusion of Zen shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathic technique, however beneath is an enriched  conversation with an vibrant ever-changing life.

The dissolving of division into unity continues to be his inspiration and the aspects of community, connection and contribution are at the core of the practice.

Whilst many have been touched by the therapist programs and the multi layered offerings  ,  the art has evolved in movement , an added solo practice and intention as it continues to evolve around Thich Knat Hahn’s powerful reminder -

When you touch something with awareness you touch everything “

Gwyn's work can be explored through his books’ The Zen of touch '  and 'Connection to Source”, the website or the Zenthai healing centres in Australia and Bali.

“Bringing freedom of movement to the structural and energetic body”

This four-day foundation workshop is an exploration of Zenthai  — yoga asana, Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic technique, integrated and weaved together with mindfulness at the core.

In learning a full 90-minute sequence, you’ll be introduced to practical tools and gain valuable knowledge on structural and energetic therapy.

For the entire four days you’ll receive and practice technique, also cultivating inner awareness,  a  deepened sense of touch and enrichment of conscious community.

An excellent introduction to Zenthai bodywork, and an opportunity to see if you’d like to pursue deeper learning in this modality.

Note: Level-1 is a pre-requisite to the 9-month therapist training.
