This course is open to all pregnant women wishing to approach pregnancy in another way.
We will learn to understand where the physical and emotional tensions can come from and how to make them disappear thanks to micro movements.
We will learn to use the breath as a tool, to use "Rebozo" to relax the weight of the belly or the tensions in the back, to use the voice and the sound to bring relaxation in the pelvis and still much more. other method which will be useful to you during all the pregnancy and especially the day of your childbirth.
