Yin yoga & Storytelling

Yin yoga is a very gentle and restorative yoga.

Ideal after a long day of work to release  stress or after a day of skiing or hiking to release  muscle tension.

The practice of Yin yoga is very slow and focuses on the connective tissues (joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia)

We seek to strengthen the "Yin" tissues and to calm the nervous system to activate only deep and parasympathetic relaxation.  

This course is perfect for you if you have busy days, tend to have an overly restless mind, a lot of anxiety, are_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136_badif de58d high level or simply if you like calm lessons that lead you to introspection.

During this course, Blanche accompanies you gently in the depths of yourself in postures that you maintain for a few minutes. Blanche reads you poems, text or inspiring book passages that are metaphors of life that help us find our answers within us. Accompanied also by very soft and crystalline music, you will dive into unexplored parts within you from which you will draw deep resources and inner peace that will settle in you and around you.
