A Journey Through Five Massage Traditions

You’ll explore five complementary approaches, each offering a unique dimension to oil massage on the table:

Relaxing Massage – Inspired by Swedish techniques, it offers deep muscular and mental relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage – Works deeply into the muscle tissue to release chronic tension and support recovery.

Sports Massage – Techniques tailored to athletes' needs, combining pressure and mobilization to prepare and recover.

Thai Massage Basics on the Table (Osteo, Chinese Medicine & Movement) – Integration of Thai massage principles to mobilize the body and work on energy flow.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi – A fluid, enveloping massage inspired by sacred Hawaiian traditions.
