Master the Art of Oil Massage – A Journey Through Five Massage Traditions

Blanche, a renowned teacher and therapist in numerous schools, is once again opening a new cycle of this unique training program that she created several years ago.

Immerse yourself in a unique learning experience, blending ancestral traditions with modern techniques, to master the art of oil massage on a table.

This comprehensive 300-hour in-person training will provide you with solid, recognized skills in the field of wellness and will be accompanied by a recognized certification.

What You Will Learn

You will explore five complementary approaches, each bringing a unique dimension to oil massage on a table:

Relaxing Massage – Inspired by Swedish techniques, for deep muscular and mental relaxation
Deep Tissue Massage – A deep muscle tissue approach to release chronic tension and promote recovery
Sports Massage – Techniques tailored to the needs of athletes, combining pressure and mobilization to prepare and recover
Fundamentals of Thai Massage on Futon and Table (Osteopathy, Chinese Medicine & Movements) – Integration of Thai massage principles to mobilize the body and work on the fascia and energetic aspects
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi – A fluid and enveloping massage, inspired by sacred Hawaiian traditions.

The Teacher & Her Philosophy of the "Five Worlds massage technique"

This training was created by Blanche, who has been passionate about the art of massage and well-being for over 30 years.

Her journey has taken her to the four corners of the world, where she met masters and immersed herself in the authentic traditions of each technique taught here.

After 10 years of practice, she decided to bring together this knowledge into a unique method: "The Five Worlds", a journey through powerful and profound practices.

Every gesture, every pressure, and every movement is inspired by teachings received at the source, refined over the years to offer a comprehensive and transformative treatment.

Teaching this knowledge is a true calling, driven by the desire to create a community of grounded practitioners, deeply attuned and aligned with this philosophy of unity and sharing.

Blanche began teaching this method upon her return to France, training teams at the Guerlain Spa in 2009 in Biarritz and Versailles. She then founded her own school in Chamonix in 2016.

A CERTIFIED TRAINING PROGRAM

Official Certification: Upon completion of the training, you will receive a diploma validating your skills and allowing you to practice professionally.

Training Hours:

300 hours of in-person training, spread over 4 months.
Mandatory home practice hours to validate your certification.
