A Dynamic Class in Harmony with the Seasons
This class, open to all, invites you to explore fluidity in movement and learn how to integrate it into your daily life. Rooted in the natural cycles, each season brings its own rhythm and transformation.
🌿 The Seasons and Their Energy:
-
Autumn teaches us the art of letting go and transition.
-
Winter is a time for introspection and preservation.
-
Spring symbolizes renewal and the awakening of vitality.
-
Summer is the peak of energy and expansion.
-
By aligning ourselves with these natural rhythms, we strengthen our energy, enhance our inner balance, and support our well-being throughout the year.
Awakening & Renewal – Entering Spring
Spring marks the shift from winter’s stillness to an energy of growth and transformation. It is a season of momentum, where nature awakens and our bodies naturally seek to cleanse, stretch, and open up.
🌱 The Meridians of Spring
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the Wood element, which governs the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. These meridians influence physical flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional balance. When in harmony, we feel dynamic, creative, and aligned.
🌿 In this class, we will explore:
✔️ Fluid movements inspired by Zenthai Flow, blending yoga and Qi Gong.
✔️ Practices to stimulate the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, promoting detoxification and optimal energy circulation.
✔️ Breathwork and mindfulness techniques to support the natural momentum of renewal.
Spring is an invitation to expand, release winter stagnation, and embrace vitality. This is the perfect time to reconnect with your body, revitalize your energy, and align your intentions with the cycle of renewal.
Zenthai Flow – A Practice in Motion
Founded by Gwyn Williams, the Zenthai Shiatsu method integrates Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic techniques to restore physical and energetic balance.
Zenthai Flow is the dynamic expression of this approach: a fusion of yoga and Qi Gong, deeply aligned with the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
